Please carefully read the shipping information below so you understand our shipping and delivery times. If you need your order expedited, we will be happy to work with you in order to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please call us at 866-647-7275.

SHIPPING & RETURNS:

SHIPPING
Most orders leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please estimate 5-7 days for delivery time from the date the order is released for shipment. Products requiring personalization or engraving will still need the normal processing time to customize the order.

Some items may be shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse or from our fulfillment center. Therefore, you may receive your order in multiple shipments. Usually, these are personalized or specialty items.

Items may be backordered and sometimes discontinued by our vendors, occasionally requiring unexpected delays and shipping time. You will be notified ASAP if any of your items are on back order, delayed in any way or discontinued.

We do not ship to any PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as a shipping destination will be received by the customer. If package is left at the door, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to ensure receipt.

In the event of incomplete address or if the customer makes any alteration to the shipping address after package has been scanned for delivery, SparklingCelebrations.com is not responsible for any delay, damage or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes made by the customer. If any additional charges are imposed on SparklingCelebrations.com for the above reasons, you will be notified via email and billed the additional charges incurred.

GUARANTEE / RETURNS

SparklingCelebrations.com takes pride in offering unique and high quality items. We are confident you will be impressed with the quality of our products. However, if something does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will do everything we can to correct it and make your experience a smooth and happy one. Rest assured, you can return or exchange anything except personalized, embroidered, engraved or edible items for any reason. Lingerie or personal items are to be returned with tags and unworn. Liberator products are to be returned in original packaging and unused.

If you need to return a product, please send an email to returns@sparklingcelebrations.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization of a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original unopened packaging.

Once a return is authorized, we will refund you payment, less any shipping & handling charges. We must receive the returned items within 7 days from the day the return authorization was issued. Please return items in its original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Again, please note, ALL customized orders and edible items are not returnable.

We will not be responsible for any replacements if damage during shipment is not reported to us in a timely manner.

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. For all personalized, customized or edible items - once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be assessed for orders that are shipped to purchasers within the State of Ohio (8%) or shipped to addresses inside the State of Ohio. This is due to the fact that our Corporate Office is in Ohio. All other States are considered tax exempt at this time and not charged tax by us.

Tax is charged on the total order amount, including shipping charges, in accordance with State of Ohio law.

CARE & HANDLING OF CHOCOLATES

During warm weather months (May through October), we may ship using insulated boxes and ice packs in order for your chocolates to arrive in pristine condition. An additional surcharge may apply in order to expedite shipping during these warm weather months.

Since temperatures vary across the country, we may elect not to ship any package over a weekend in order to guarantee its arrival in premium condition. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

ENGRAVING & PERSONALIZATION

It is your responsibility to enter the information correctly. We will engrave all the text EXACTLY as it appears on the order form. Be sure to take care on all the words and names that need capitalization. If a name or word appears in all CAPS, we will engrave it all caps, just like it appears on the order form.

We can only guarantee the accuracy of spelling when the orders are placed via online or by fax. When placing engraving orders by phone, customer will be responsible for any spelling errors

HOW YOUR ORDER IS CALCULATED

If an item has special shipping charges, the charge will be applied for each item and may cover additional costs such as shipping refrigerated products such as chocolates during the summer months, or extra charges for oversize or odd shaped boxes.

The total of your order for shipping purposes will be the total before any discounts such as promo codes.

Sales tax is calculated on the discounted total.
